Service & Warranty

Beam is committed to providing the highest quality products at the best value and we do our best to assure our products are free of defects. Our warranty applies to the repair or replacement of a Beam product found to be defective in material or workmanship within the date of the original purchase.

Our warranties do not apply to products damaged resulting from abuse, misuse, improper maintenance or damage that is attributable to acts of nature. Beam (and its affiliated companies) is not liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature. This limitation would not apply if you live in those areas that do not permit the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages.

Defective products should be returned to your retailer for replacement or refund if within the retailer's return policy. Beam does not grant refunds. If a product cannot be returned to the retailer due to it being out of the retailer return time period but is within the Beam product warranty time frame, then the product may be repaired by one of Beams' authorized service centers or shipped back to Beam (freight prepaid), with proof of purchase.
